District Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers to obtain new business with planned strategy and objective
Maintain regular and productive contacts with existing customers with the aim of growing further business for the various products.
Solicit and analyze sales / competitive market information to formulate productive sales target and strategy.
Cooperate with the various operations departments to provide follow-up services as needed by the customers.
Develop competitive sales leads for overseas counterparts
Handle account administration which includes setting up credit facilities, monitoring customers’ timely AR settlement and resolving unbilled invoice issue within a given timeframe.
Update all sales visit information timely and accurately into system.
Maintain and work on a number of potential targets / business opportunities at any one time as specified by the Company.
Take up additional sales tasks / projects as required to meet the Company’s needs.
Requirements:
University graduate with 1-2 years of sales & marketing experience and a proven track record in a freight forwarding environment. (Great personality, good communications skills coupled with at least 5 years of freight forwarding working experience may substitute the lack of educational qualifications.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills – able to work effectively with individuals across all levels of the Company.
Strong relationship management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Computer literate with excellent presentation skills.
Ability to drive results, managing multiple projects to meet deadlines.
Possess good attention to details.
Class 3 driving license and own a vehicle.
Our office is located off Changi Coast Road at Airport Logistics Park of Singapore (61 ALPS Avenue, Singapore 498798). Company transport is provided between our office and selective north and east-side MRT stations (Bedok, Tanah Merah, Tampines and Ang Mo Kio). Area Manager - Sumatra

Responsibilities:
Develop new customers and market across Indonesia
Prepare sales plan, report and analysis
Responsible for achieving sales targets within specified geography area and/or class of responsibility.
Contribute to the growth and operating results of the company by managing distributors and direct general trade customers in the achievement of sales targets and by building the skills and abilities of the 3rd party distributor sales team.
Maintain consistent daily contact with, and reporting from, direct field sales report.
Survey distributor area coverage planning to determine if all potentials are fully developed. Make recommendation and assist distributor in implementing improvements (e.g. additional management, manpower, skill training, depot, armada, computer system, coverage technique, routine routing) and oversee plan realization.
Socialize sales strategies, tactics, objectives and selling approaches to the distributors ‘ sales teams and direct sales report.
Requirements:
Graduate Bachelor Degree in any field, Safety & Technical Background would be advantages
Min 3 years experience in sales field, especially handling industrial products to manufacturing, otomotive, & heavy equipment, mining, oil, plantation & gas segments.
Having knowledge about coverage manufacturing, plantation, mining, oil, & gas market condition in Pekanbaru, Riau, Aceh, Sumatra Utara, & Sumatra Barat Area
Have good communication skills & fluent in English
Ready to open new customers aggressively
Willing to travel and long stay.
Good Interpersonal skill and able to work independently
Has driving license (SIM A)
Strong analytical & problem solving, business partnering, leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
