Driller Supervisor
Kalimantan Tengah
Responsibilities:
Manage the operations of drilling machine
Training and organising crew on all drilling operations jobs.
Responsible in the daily operations of the drilling rig. This includes initial set-up of the drill and moving the drill to other locations when needed.
Responsible for dismantle the rig after completion of drilling.
Responsible for reposition and set up the drilling rig
Operates the drilling rig
Dismantles the drilling rig when needed
Operate pumps and other associated equipment
Assists with safety functions and adheres to all safety rules
Requirements:
Male, 40 years old (max)
Preference will give to those who currently holding this position in the mineral drilling industry.
Minimum 3 years experiences in operating the Drill Rigs.
Education level minimum SMA / STM, higher education degree will be given preference.
Proficient in Indonesia and English spoken
Willing to work at the field of Central Borneo
Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all safety laws, regulations and company s safety policies

Responsibilities:
Build positive relationships with stakeholders close to company.
Act as main contact person between companyand external parties in the area surrounding companycontract of workby provide general information of company and current exploration activities, address grievances raised by outside partiesand respond to request for support from outside parties
Strengthen relations with key local stakeholdersby visit key local stakeholders on a regular basis – government, communities, NGO’s, and individuals- to provide information on current activities and to get feedback on issues of concernand Build up a database of information about key stakeholders.

Requirements:
Male / Female, age maximum 40 years old.
University degree majoring Communication or Anthropology.
Good language skills – Bahasa Indonesia, English and Dayak Ngaju is preferable.
Min. 3 Years experience in relevant field, preferablyfrom mining company.
Work experience in multi-cultural settings.
Good team and facilitation skills.
Good computer skills – word processing, spreadsheet, internet.
Able to travel and work in remote areas for a long period of time.
Good approach in dealing with local community to support Company goal.
To be located in Palangka Raya – Central Kalimantan
